               (May 26, 2009)    U.S. Geothermal announced today it has been selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (“DOE”) to enter into due diligence review on an $85 million project loan for its Neal Hot Springs project in eastern Oregon.  More>>

 

            (February 12, 2009)    U.S. Geothermal announced today that an interconnection agreement for the Neal Hot Springs project has been signed with the Idaho Power Company.  More>>

 

              

 

 

 

San Emidio -(August 2008) - Drilling has commenced on a new production well. Well SE-2 is intended to expand the resource in support of the new power plant.  See news release dated August 27, 2008 for more details.  

 

Neal Hot Spring Project -(August 2008) - An in-fill geophysical program is currently being completed to enhance subsurface structural definition within the geothermal field.  See news release dated August 27, 2008 for more details.

 

Raft River Project (October 2008) - The power plant has operated at 99.9% availability for the past 6 months.  With the arrival of cooler fall temperatures, power generation is increasing, with current production in the range of 11 to 11.5 MW net.
